Lost Together
Two strangers. One journey. No words.
You are matched with someone you have never met. One of you sees the map from above but cannot move. The other walks the world and can only see a few steps ahead. Neither of you can reach the end alone.
There is no chat and no voice. You have a handful of signs — this way, wait, careful, thank you — and, slowly, you learn to read each other.
How it plays
- One Architect with the map, one Guide on the ground
- Gates, hidden switches, pressure plates, collapsing bridges and sealed doors — every puzzle needs information only the other person has
- At the end you meet at the camp and get a SYNC score: how well you moved together, not how fast
- Then the question: stay together? If you both say yes, you keep going with the roles swapped
250 chapters across eight biomes, generated from a hand-authored puzzle grammar, so no two look the same.
Runs in the browser — no install, no sign-up. Your progress is kept on a private account created on first launch, and a recovery code links it to another device.
If someone else is looking for a partner, you are matched with them first. If nobody is around, a travelling companion joins you within seconds so you can still play — it is labelled companion and never pretends to be a person. Real partners are better: bring a friend and share your player code.
Sometimes the kindest thing you can say is this way.
